Justin has spent his entire career in housebuilding and has worked in senior roles for a number of highly respected housebuilders. He joined Dorchester in 2013 to help establish the construction arm of Dorchester Living. His primary focus to date has been on the regeneration of Heyford Park, for which he is responsible for all aspects of construction, including the technical, infrastructure, site remediation and health & safety. He also acts as the Company Principal Designer, health and safety coordinator and JCT contract administrator on the project.
