James leads the multi-disciplined team delivering the regeneration of the former Prince Philip Barracks in Bordon for the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, the joint venture company between Dorchester Regeneration and Taylor Wimpey that acts on behalf of the DIO. One of the largest projects of its kind in the UK, James has played a key role in shaping the project and driving innovation across the entire scheme.

Joining Dorchester in 2014, James had previously led on a number of major regeneration projects including working closely with the Thames Gateway Development Corporation and London Borough of Newham on Three Mills Island.
