Peter joined Dorchester as an advisor in 2015 and was appointed to join the board as a non-executive director in 2017. In his role he provides commercial advice and oversight on the corporate decision making, as well as on the Prince Philip Park project in particular.
During his distinguished 40-year career in construction and housebuilding, Peter has held senior roles at a number of leading developers, including on the UK Board of Tylor Wimpey as Group Land and Planning Director. He also holds the post of Deputy Chairman of the Home Building Federation and was one of four practitioners tasked with writing the current National Planning Policy Framework for England.
As a mark of the incredible influence Peter has had on housebuilding, development and regeneration, he was awarded an MBE for ‘Services to Construction’ in the 2018 New Year Honours list.
